ZERO WASTE / 2024 CAMPUS

Thinking about problems of 2050. Creating opportunities in 2024.

Our unique 3-course package, in six days, will guide you through our ZEWA philosophy.

CREATIVE SUMMER

The Zero Waste is a creative workshop of R&D, designed for the creation of seed projects, to help solve one of the problem derived from the massive generation of waste of Hospitality worldwide.

We will work with the concept of Augmented Gastronomy , a turn to the techno-creative trend to enhance the emotional experience of the individual, towards solutions for the community.

Materials are once again the protagonists, this time accompanied by new techniques and applications with the industrial revolutions. The negative part regarding the biodegradation of certain materials of fossil origin forces our society and the professionals involved such as designers to investigate and experiment with recycling and creating new materials more in line with the care of our planet.

Studying design made us learn what they were made of and how to work with materials, putting what we learned into practice as designers made us question why certain materials were used and having the opportunity to teach the next generations of designers provokes us. to explore alternatives to the way of designing that we know today.
