Point 01 was born from a strategic consultancy project developed for Frit Ravich, focused on exploring new opportunities for innovation through sustainability, material research, and future food systems.

The project began with an in-depth analysis of the company’s production processes and waste streams, identifying opportunities to transform by-products into new materials, applications, and product categories. What started as a circular economy and innovation consultancy evolved into a much broader vision: the creation of Point 01, a platform designed to rethink the future of snacks and food experiences.

Conceived as The Healthy Smart Snack Lab, Point 01 represents the intersection of sustainability, technology, entrepreneurship, and research. Designed with a five-year strategic vision, the initiative proposes the creation of the first innovation hub dedicated to snack gastronomy — a collaborative ecosystem where companies, startups, producers, researchers, and creatives can come together to experiment, learn, and co-create.

More than a physical space, Point 01 was envisioned as a catalyst for transformation within the food industry. A place where emerging technologies, material innovation, consumer insights, and sustainable practices converge to generate new products, services, and experiences that respond to the challenges of tomorrow.

By connecting different disciplines and stakeholders, Point 01 seeks to redefine the role of snacks within contemporary food culture, contributing to a more innovative, responsible, and sustainable future for the sector.
