Foodture Food Museum x ADIFE
At the Abu Dhabi International Food Exhibition, Plat Institute presented Foodture Food Museum, an immersive pop-up experience exploring the future of food, consumption, and material innovation.

Conceived as a space between exhibition and experimentation, the project showcased new products, disruptive concepts, and emerging materials that challenge the way we understand food today. Through installations, tastings, and interactive activities, visitors were invited to discover new ways of consuming, thinking, and connecting with food.

Foodture Food Museum became a platform to share our vision of the future: a world where sustainability, technology, culture, and design converge to redefine the food experience.



OBJECTIVE
Creation of an immersive pop-up experience exploring the future of food through new consumption experiences, innovative materials, and disruptive food concepts. The project aimed to present Plat Institute’s vision of how technology, sustainability, and design can redefine the relationship between people and food.
