Berkeley Food Accelerator x PLAT INSTITUTE
Plat Institute participated in the Food Accelerator Program at Berkeley Haas in California, supporting the development of gastronomic startups and emerging food innovation projects led by Ukrainian entrepreneurs.

Through a series of workshops, mentoring sessions, and strategic guidance, we accompanied participants in the acceleration of their ideas, helping them refine concepts, strengthen narratives, and explore new approaches to creativity, sustainability, and experiential gastronomy.
Our contribution focused on sharing Plat Institute’s methodologies around innovation, sensory thinking, product conceptualization, and future-oriented food design. Working closely with founders and teams, we helped transform early-stage ideas into more cohesive, impactful, and emotionally driven proposals.


The programme became a collaborative space for knowledge exchange, experimentation, and international dialogue — empowering a new generation of food innovators navigating complex social, cultural, and economic contexts through creativity and entrepreneurship.
