G-Astronomers Of Change x DELOITTE
G-Astronomers of Change was conceived as an exclusive experimental dinner for twelve invited guests — a gathering of visionary leaders brought together not to seek certainty, but to collectively imagine possible futures.
More than a dining experience, the project functioned as a speculative laboratory where gastronomy became a medium for reflection, conversation, and future-thinking. Through a multisensory culinary journey, the dinner explored the relationship between time, nature, biodiversity, technology, and human evolution.

The experience was structured into four narrative phases — Past, Present, Future, and Cosmos — each one translated into a distinct gastronomic language. Every course, material, texture, aroma, and interaction was carefully designed to evoke an emotional and conceptual response connected to that moment in time.

The creative process behind the dinner combined research, storytelling, speculative design, and sensory experimentation. The menu was developed as a narrative sequence rather than a traditional culinary structure, using ingredients, rituals, sounds, visual elements, and spatial atmospheres to guide guests through different temporal dimensions.
By blending gastronomy, design, and speculative thinking, G-Astronomers of Change transformed the table into a platform for dialogue — inviting participants to not only consume food, but to consume ideas about the future itself.
